All trial fees, deposits and final payments are non-refundable. All payments are due as agreed upon. If your event date changes please let us know. All changes must be made within the time frame agreed upon on your contract or invoice. Service cancellations within 60 days of your service date will result in loss of your deposit (other penalties may apply). Appointment changes must be made 90 days prior to your event date to ensure availability. This is non negotiable.
Please have an area on location where we can comfortably set up. We travel with lighting, hot tools and makeup chairs. We need ample space to set up to ensure the highest quality of service. We will wipe down the area and sterilize the space for your safety and ours. We are here for you and want to make sure everything is perfect. If we feel that we are being mistreated we will communicate that to you immediately. If the problem persist we will inform you that our services will no longer continue and we will kindly leave. Please respect our artists & stylists. We want to feel safe when we are working and will not tolerate working in an unsafe environment. We will always provide you the same kindness and courtesy.
Travel rates apply for any travel 30 minutes or more.
Our travel rates are based on the IRS's mileage fee for the current year plus tolls. Please inquire for rates.
Hotel parking must be covered per artists and stylists performing services at your event. Valet or self parking. This is non negotiable.
A late fee of $25 (per artist/stylist) will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for a scheduled appointment time. If scheduled makeup time exceeds allotted times because of client delays this will also result in a $25 fee. This must be paid for in cash before the artist or client leaves. This rate will also be included for anyone in your booked party. If the client is late on your event date the time is deducted from the appointment time. If the artist is not finished at the end of the allotted time because of tardiness the artist will have to start the next client. If the artist has time at the end they will finish the client who was late. The artist is not responsible for tardiness and unfinished makeup due to the client being late. This late policy is the same for trial Runs.
This is Non-Negotiable
