All trial fees, deposits and final payments are non-refundable and all payments are due as agreed upon. If date of the wedding has changed, all deposits and final payments are non-refundable and will be applied when re-booked if we have the date and stylists available.
Please have an area on location where we can comfortably set up. We travel with lighting, hot tools and sometimes makeup chairs. We need ample space to set up to ensure the highest quality of work. We are here for you and want to make sure everything is perfect.
Travel rates do apply, only exceptions may be: Disney, Celebration, International Drive, and Downtown Orlando.

Hotel parking must be covered by client (valet or self park) no exceptions and non negotiable.
A late fee of $25 (per artist./stylist) will be charged for every 30 mins of delay when a client is late for a scheduled appointment time, or if scheduled makeup time exceeds allotted times because of Client delays. This will be paid for in cash before the Artist or client leaves. This also includes anyone in your booked party. If the Client (or anyone in your party) is late on the event date that time is deducted from the appointment time. If the Artist is not finished at the end of the allotted time because of tardiness the Artist will have to start the next client. If the Artist has time at the end they will finish the person who was late. The Artist is not responsible for tardiness and unfinished makeup due to the Client being late. This late policy is the same for Trial Runs. This is Non-Negotiable.
