Payment & Booking Policy
All trial fees, retainers, deposits, and final payments are non-refundable and due as outlined in your agreement. If your event date changes, please notify us as soon as possible. All changes must be made within the time frame specified in your contract or invoice. This is non-negotiable.
Once your contract is signed and your deposit is received, services cannot be changed. However, services may be added up to 90 days before your event, based on availability.
To ensure the best experience, please note the following:
We bring a large amount of equipment—including lighting, hot tools, and makeup chairs—so we can only work on the first floor unless there is an elevator available. Please keep a clear pathway to your door, as we need easy access without delays.
We ask that you provide a clean, cool setup area (around 73°F) with enough space for us to work comfortably and safely. This helps us deliver the highest quality service. We will sanitize the area before and after for your safety and ours.
Our team is committed to professionalism and making your day as smooth as possible. We kindly ask that you treat our artists and stylists with respect. If we ever feel unsafe or mistreated, we will communicate that immediately. If the issue continues, we may have to end services and leave the location.
We’re here for you and always strive to provide the same kindness and courtesy we expect in return.
Travel & Parking Policy
Travel rates apply and are calculated using the current IRS mileage rate, plus any applicable tolls. Please inquire for an exact quote.
Hotel parking must be covered for each artist and stylist providing services—valet or self-parking is acceptable. This is non-negotiable. For early morning events taking place before daylight, valet parking is required for safety reasons. Our team will not walk through dark parking lots under any circumstances.
Late Policy – Non-Negotiable
A $25 late fee per artist/stylist will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay if a client is late for their scheduled appointment. If the delay causes makeup time to exceed the allotted window, an additional $25 fee will apply. These fees must be paid in cash before the artist or client leaves.
This policy applies to everyone in your booked party. On the event date, if a client is late, that time will be deducted from their scheduled appointment. If the artist is unable to finish due to client tardiness, they must move on to the next person. If time allows at the end, they will return to the late client—but this is not guaranteed.
Artists are not responsible for delays or unfinished services caused by client lateness. This same policy applies to all trial runs as well.
